The coffee is always good, my order had one slight inconvenience where the actual Gift Box was not sent. This was quickly rectified with a quick Email that was responded to in less than an hour or so. Mistakes happen, with how And the speed it was rectified in leaving me still able to recommend this company. Great coffee and good service.

Our local supermarket stopped doing my beloved Viennese coffee with figs, so I decided to try The Love of Coffee as a Chrimbo gift to myself. I liked that you could order for your coffee to arrive on a date best suited, so it would be fresh if you didn't use it right away. The day after my selected date, the most beautiful wine-coloured box arrived. The coffee selection was gorgeously packaged, a gift to myself that looked like it cost 4x as much as it did. Plus the coffee is beautiful, absolutely superb. Going to use for my Viennese coffee with figs supplier now, or if I want to buy a gift that will really impress. Website easy to choose and product arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the box was a bit battered when it arrived so maybe boxes could be packed separately to avoid damage in transit. Otherwise it looks like an excellent product and would happily use the site again.

Your site offered a huge variety of coffees with good explanations of their tastes and origins, from which I could select any to go in my choice of 4. And All this in a lovely presentation box. Excellent. Beautifully and securely packaged and arrived much quicker than expected. The coffee samples were much larger than I expected and made a lovely gift. Pretty sure we'll be repeat customers :) I was unsure regarding the storage of ground coffee as the internet seems divided on the issue and I had managed to miss the instructions on the packet. Customer service were very helpful and prompt with their reply. To sum up: Don't hesitate to buy from 'The Love Of Coffee', I wish all retailers were this good.

It was great that I could choose a selection & I liked that there was a brief description of each coffee to help me make my choices. The site was easy to navigate. Loads of coffee to choose from. Absolutely, Wonderfully, Superbly, Fantastically, Marvellous to get a great choice of coffees to consume in the freedom of my own indulgences. Within just 90 minutes of receiving the delivery, I had indulged in an Espresso of Five of the Twelve different tastes I had ordered and am now "As high as a kite" on caffeine. Having 1.2kg of coffee and twelve different flavours/tastes to choose from, it will be a while before I order anymore but, order I WILL. It is now almost 8 hours since the delivery and three friends are now also enjoying their own indulgences, whilst my Espresso machine is "working over-time". YES, We Have "The Love of Coffee".

I purchased as a gift and was very pleased with the service. I messed up my delivery address at checkout and they put it right for me. I did look at some of their competitors websites but selected The Love Of Coffee as I found the site well laid out and they have a good company name. I am told the coffee is good and as a coffee lover, I may order again in the future. All round positive experience.

Ordered a range of different course ground coffees, have tried 2 so far and can easily give 5* for the coffee and the quick delivery! Website easy to move around and find the coffee you are looking for.

In the past, I have bought our coffee at the local supermarket, but I wanted a coarse ground blend for our percolator. I found it easy to navigate the website and our order arrived quickly. I had to use slightly more coffee to achieve the desired strength, but I was expecting this with the coarser grind and it was delicious. I tend to need to add sugar to very bitter coffee, but didn't have to with the Breakfast Blend. It was nice not to have any bits in our drinks, so I will definitely be ordering coarse ground again. I ordered 4 of the 100g trial size packs and, so far, the Breakfast Blend gets the thumbs up. Now looking forward to trying the Connoisseur, Brazilian and Dark Roast blends.
